the a/c was good and kept the room comfortable and cool. the hot water tap in the sink didn't work.

Vibrant room design adds a unique touch.

Not only was my air conditioning unit old and noisy, but it also shut off by itself intermittently, making it impossible to get a good night's rest. Additionally, I was repeatedly disturbed by the cleaning staff knocking at my door late at night, trying to deliver my laundry, which was far from considerate. Overall, these issues including the lack of efficient communication from the front desk about services left a negative impression on my stay.

Breakfast buffet good.

Hotel Villa Terra is a comfortable and clean place with air-conditioned rooms and free WiFi. The breakfast options included tasty pancakes and fruits. I really appreciated the vibrant room design and complimentary bottled water, making my stay enjoyable.

The location is perfect for exploring, and we enjoyed the tours offered, particularly the cultural tours and city exploration. The staff was nice and helpful, making our stay easy. Breakfast had some decent options too!

The only downside was the noise from breakfast prep in the morning, which interrupted our sleep slightly.

We had a lovely stay with our two young ones, especially enjoying the clean facilities. The breakfast was simple but met our needs just fine, and it's great that you can use the sister property's pool across the road.

For dads, it would be great if there were more entertainment options for kids.

I can't say it was fancy but the bed was surprisingly comfy and the bathroom was clean. The breakfast was simple yet good enough to fuel my long day ahead.
